Individuals who engage in swatting intentionally deceive emergency responders, with the specific goal of triggering the deployment of a Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) team to the location of their unsuspecting victim.
Swatters fabricate elaborate scenarios, often reporting severe incidents such as bomb threats, hostage situations, or even murders. Their intention is to provoke an overwhelming and forceful response from law enforcement. Tragically, swatting incidents have had fatal consequences, leading to the deaths of innocent individuals who were mistakenly targeted by SWAT teams responding to these fabricated emergencies.
How Does Swatting Happen?

Location Services
